PRELIMINARY Low Charge Injection 16-Channel High Voltage Analog Switch with Bleed Resistors The AASD2701 is part of AAIs new family of products with dual use for medical applications, in this case Sensors and Instrumentation with a 16-Channel High Voltage Analog Switch with low charge injection as well as bleeder resistor per channel for capacitive load charge elimination. This combination of low voltage control with high voltage output switches is ideal for medical ultrasound and other similar testing applications.
The output switch voltage rating allows for use with rail-rail supply combinations up to 200V, in any combination of positive and negative rail voltages. Data transfer is managed with a 16-bit latchable shift register. The AASD2701 is implemented using a robust high voltage CMOS process, providing for low voltage input control with high voltage output switches.
