Hex Inverter
The AAHH04 is part of ASIC Advantage’s new family of Radiation Tolerant products aimed at the military and aerospace markets.  The AAHH04 is a Radiation Tolerant Hex Inverter being offered as a standard product derivative from our AAHH143A MSI logic standard array.

The AAHH04 combines 6 inverters into a single monolithic integrated circuit.  It is designed and processed on a commerical Bi-CMOS process, using AAI's proprietary library, to provide radiation tolerance to 200kRad(Si) and immunity to SEE and latch-up.

The AAHH04 is offered in a 14-pin ceramic dual flatpack package.  Available standard screening includes Level “S” or Level “B,” with other requirements negotiable as in line with our capabilities.

  • Input compatible to LSTTL (VIL=0.8V, VIH=VCC/2)
  • Input compatibility to CMOS (Ii ≤ 5uA at VOL, VOH)
  • Operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C
  • SEP effective LET no upsets: >100MeV-cm2/mg
  • Immunity to SEU up to <5x10-16 errors/bit-day
