SMPS Controller With Error Amp, Reference, and Hiccup
The IN-PLUG IPS315H is an enhanced low input voltage version of the IPS15H. It includes additional features such as soft start. Like the IPS15H, the IPS315H was designed for low-cost, high-efficiency, low-power switching power supplies. It contains a shunt-regulator, a precision oscillator, a PWM with its associated comparator and loop compensation components, an error amplifier, an error amplifier reference, as well as all the necessary biasing and protection circuitry (thermal shutdown, under-voltage, and over-current).
