High Voltage Current-Mode LED Controller
The AAL4010 is a current-mode controller and driver, designed to provide closed-loop control of a string of LEDs, including either linear or PWM dimming. The LED current is regulated using peak current control, utilizing an accurate internal voltage reference.

- Linear regulator VCC supply for 8V to 500V input voltage range
- External capacitor sets the operating frequency
- 7.5V +/-2% VDD output and reference
- 0.4 amp FET gate driver
- 0.25V +/-2% current sense reference
- TTL compatible PWM dimming input
- Linear dimming input
- Industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C) available
